Level 1 (ages 11U-14U):

Training opportunity for young setters who are already playing in the setting position for their team or aspire to be one day! We will be emphasizing the fundamentals of the setting position starting from the feet and working our way up to the mind! Quick feet and strong hands are a great place to start, but understanding your job on the court as a setter is one of the most important ways to help both you and your team be successful!

Position specific training opportunity for our experienced athletes to get the attention they need to grow as setters and leaders! Emphasis will be on quality repetition to develop consistency of movement, contact, and placement. Athletes will be given the opportunity to learn how to make plays in a variety of situations including transition, tough passes, and in multiple offensive systems. We will be challenging each athlete to think and act like the captain on the court and to understand there are more ways to help your team score than by just setting a “good” ball!
